Fuel Filter Minder Issues 08' LMM

Yeup, my first thought was fuel lines. Right where they bend up at the firewall is the problem area IIRC.

Here's how they mount. Just drill a 3/8 hole (they include a template) and install the grip serts that are supplied. Pretty straight forward.

I will get some pics of the mount soon. I run SoCal Super Truck mounts, whereas Dustin runs Alpine Designs mounts. He can fill you in more on those :thumb:

Haha no kidding. I drove 2100+ miles this week. Between that and the single digit temps didn't have much motivation to wash it.

On a chev you definitely will need to be cutting metal on the bumper.

I honestly don't know what it is with my truck, but all I've done is trimmed the bumper and front of inner fender, tied the rear of the inner back, and a few turns on my tbars. I'll get some pics of my angles but it really isn't cranked much.

Took a couple comparison shots tonight. First: 5000K 55W Highs, 5000K 35W Lows, and 3000K 35W Fogs. That's 250W of HIDs. Then, throw the 50" bar in the mix. Just the bar on.

Love them! Been really impressed so far. I do a fair amount of snow driving, and run 325/60/18s, and they've yet to let me down. Way better than anything else I've run, especially the originals. I'm trying to get the mount pictures up, but photobucket is not cooperating

Not too bad. Honestly hardly notice it, should be able to tighten up the doors (I've been neglecting it for years, and should be good to go. At lower speeds (~35mph) you can definitely hear some harmonics, but the fins iced up so they stopped :thumb: Once things thaw out I'll throw some tubing...

Took a few pics today. Wanted to check how much snow stayed in the stubble so figured I'd snap a few while out.

Cognito brace vs All season brace

UHMW has and extremely low coefficient of friction but high abrasion resistance. They use it for all kinds of high wear parts, even synthetic ice rinks.

Cognito brace vs All season brace

Is it actually nylon, or UHMW?

ddm tuning sucks... that is all

I've installed probably 15-20 DDM kits. The ones I still have contact with are still running strong. Had one bulb issue after about 6 months and one high/low harness issue straight from the package but their customer service was always so good I was actually surprised. Both the bulb and harness...

    2015 gm 2500hd

Exactly how I felt. GM did a great job in styling this time around. Cue everyone complaining about the redesign and saying how they will keep their 02, only to be saying how much they like the body style once they are out for a month.

MBRP Cool Duals sound better with a muffler delete pipe?

The mufflers on the duals seem to be a little shorter than the other mbrp mufflers. I honestly like mine over my gf's straight piped LBZ with duals. I'd leave it on and throw a downpipe on as well, gives it a very unique sound for being just another stock fuel/air duramax with a 4" exhaust imho.

Fluid level is right where it is supposed to be though. Will pull pan to check internal filter once I have a chance.

    Trans Trouble

Would feel like a pretty big idiot if that's all it is, but I'll pull it and see. Would be nice on the wallet lol. Just curious as to why it would throw a hi pressure code on circ B with a lack of fluid supply? Not questioning you, just trying to learn.
