Yes, I have had my engine out and swapped, utilizing EFI latest version. The problem I had after pulling the engine was it wouldn't start, but I had forgotten that I had loosened the FPRV to drain the old diesel out when I had the engine stored. Wicked Level 3 or LBZ cp3
So I have to ask a question, not trying to side track what your asking. What about 600HP with a stock CP3, should a person consider installing a new modded pump in the valley for this HP? The engine I'm referring to is in teardown mode right now and I want to do this right only once.:thumb: -

Sorry, I meant the fpr was the one that makes the changes based on the ecm turning it on or off. I only asked about the actual vs demanded as this would have shown a bad fpr or bad pressure sensor.- rebel7777

LLY: Ahhhh....Motor Frustration!
But why is he not using coolant? A blown head gasket should show signs either with coolant on the ground, in the oil or soot in the coolant. I don't see how a hard rad hose by it's self can be considered a blown head gasket. Am I missing something? As to losing oil level, what oil are you... -
CP3 electrical issue, help needed please
I bet the fuel rail pressure sensor showed no pressure and the FPR demanded no pressure therefore no signal. Did you ever compare your actual vs demanded fuel pressure?- rebel7777

Your bullydog is showing the right speed correct? but your speedo is still out? EFI allows you to change the pulses per mile, that seems to be where the issue exists when you change your speedo for the larger tires with EFI. Yes, did it on my 04.5. Went from 245's to 275's, recorrected the speedo just fine. No issues. But now I have the dreaded ABS issue.- rebel7777
