Capacitor sizing???
when the fans are on low-isnt the motor feed being piped through a resistor ? so being a bussed elect system you have some kinda voltage drop that is affecting whatever else in that bussed line(the snow controller) i think the controller reads resistance and translates it into a boost/egt...- dynarex

head gaskets gone?
may sound funny but ck the trans fluid too-ive seen lots of rad trans coolers leak and coolant will go into trans that would be alot better than the headgaskets!- dynarex

i usually take a small cold chisel and hit with a small hammer on the outer edge of the screw in the direction that its supposed to turn-it works great on frozen screws and bolts-because of the impact effect- dynarex

HELP!!!! Truck wont start on a hill
something is wrong with the fuel sender in the factory tank-ive seen where the suction line gets loose from the sender support and it will suck air-if the tank is completely full its usually not a problem-or when you are moving the fuel is being sloshed around fill the factory tank and try it...- dynarex

Cracked Piston - Smoking Gun.
wouldnt cylinder pressure be the cause of the cracks? the wrist pin is obviously the fulcrum so maybe more material in the wrist pin area would stop it?- dynarex
