Yes you must add loctite around the seating surface of the cup. That's the reason you need to install the injector and tq the bolt to help the cup seal right. You want to use Red but some have used a green I think it is. You do not need to remove heads just pull the cups back out. I had told you... -

Cylinder bore repair?
That's the reason for sleeves. They bore the old wall out all the way so that hole will be gone anyways. The sleeve is beat in and seals very tight. Seals at the very top and bottom. Fleece I think had a stroker build with all sleeves in it awhile back. Most do not do it because of the cost...- ripmf666

Just sold her a few weeks back. Everything pointed to injectors being hung open. Bought a set of 60% overs to install. Still never found time to work on her. A guy wanted it and I let it go cheap. They found that after doing injectors. There installing new crank and bearings and main studs.- ripmf666

We sell them only issue most had was the price that has since came down some. And you need to buy the install kit for them also. Does not come complete like Fass or Airdog.- ripmf666
