My S475 makes around 30psi on the lowest tune and maxes the gauge at 55-60psi on the "race" tune. Still stock head studs and stock motor.

I don't know but it maxes out the stock sensor on a pretty ez pull... Will be finding out as soon as I get the Nexus gauges I got from Ben hooked up just color matched the pillar mount.

Kinda what I was figuring with boost like that. Im trying not to blow my headgaskets before I get the chance to put my studs in. So yeah guess my "shits weak" until then

You can lift the heads using a stock turbo pushing 33lbs boost. Might not blow the gaskets, but they do lift.

I make 53+ PSI at 2500' elevation on my non-gated S366. It was higher before I built the motor, but the ported heads eat a bit more air. I think I might be a bit outside the turbo's map, though, as I already went through one center section since January. :spit:
My cruze made 25psi stock and was slow as shit
Lol I was just going to post that Brian my cruze still only makes 25psi on the 30hp tune from fleece
My gas Cruze makes ~24 PSI with a random tune I threw together. And yes, it is still slow :roflmao:

My Gas Jetta 2.0 TSI makes 28PSI w/ KO4 Turbo. Dyn 290hp/307tq. Its pretty slow compared to most of the trucks on this thread lol, but I have beat a 2015 Mustang GT several times and it runs even with my buddy's Cobb tuned STI on a roll.

44 psi on the old LMM with a 68mm, LML makes 44 psi as well while the lb7 only makes 28 psi with a batmo IHI. I never studded my LMM and it took a beating from me, never a single issue with it, pretty sure they will puke a rod before you need to worry about studs. Lol...

Mine blew a gasket after I put the 4094vvt and bigger injectors in back in 2010ish. I drove prob 8k miles and had no clue it was bad until we tore the motor down.
