So the pass side exhaust manifold is different then the ones on the LBZ by the looks of this pic I found on ebay.

i'm just going off the top of my head but 01 - 08 manifolds are the same. I think maybe they mixed up a manifold or i am terribly wrong.


I have never been wrong though.

How's it differant. Looks the same to me. The drivers side is the bad one.

drivers side has the dent, then the other manifold is curved around

I didn't think the 4500 and 5500 had the dented manifold. Ours didn't any way.

thats whats weird

they have a light duty truck manifold and they have a medium duty manifold. Odd....
