  • Ok ok sorry i am easily distacted when it comes to the topic switching, i need to remind myself it is a forum and not a private conversation. To answer yoir Q, i ordered two fittings, i took my old one drivers side out, saw how easy it would be to drill out, matched the hole size by using what ever bit got kinda stuck in the bore of the ppe fitting, and bam, 2 rail fittings just like ppe's? I thought at least. Ta thunk i thoughts i was sooo smarts. I did run the two fittings for a couple weeks, i was gonna return the ppe ones, as i was fired up @ how easily i drilled out my own, but i didnt, i wanted to see the ppe logo so i took my over drilled stock ones back out and put the ppe's in. So you see now, why i have two ppe fittings and two messed up stock ones. DAMN i hate being norweigian sometimes.lol
I have 2006 GMC with an LBZ that showing a code of P0045. Programer saying turbo / super charger boost control solenoid circuit / open. I need some help!!

Just wondering if anyone out there is having trouble with 2001 Durmax leaking fuel into the crankcase. About 1 gal per 3,000 miles consistantly. Testing shows the input side is holding 160 milipascals(spelling) just fine. Internal return line leak? Thanks
    Hey,
I am replacing the cp3 on my duramax and I've pretty much winged it up to this point. I noticed that you've got a post with schematics that's pretty informative. There are some other links to gm's how to site, but when I try to open them it tells me I don't have access. Is there any way I can somehow access these?

Thanks again for all of your help!

Here's an update on my sitch. Today I replaced the GPCM and cleared the DTC and no problem as yet. I failed to inform you that the U0601 is a DTC which states "Lost communication with GPCM" and after a lot of Google searches, the GPCM or its wiring seemed like the likely the problem. If anything changes, I'll let you know.

    Thanks again for your help.
    henry,

can you get me pricing on a trans kit? stock turbo (will never be more, just a daily driver) so equiv to stg3 etc no more than 500whp. kit and precision converter (standard non ml is fine, i think they are about $100 cheaper)

Right on. Can you pm me a price on the installer series in single and dual pipes and down pipe back with muffler? Or maybe I should go stainless? Can you find out if you can get it drop shipped from mbrp as well?
    Hey Henry,

Just wondering if you ship to Canada? I'm lookin for a 4" MBRP system. Seems like you have better prices than anywhere around me from what I've seen but maybe shipping would kill me.

    Thanks,

    Mike
Put the exhaust on yesterday. Went real good! Sounds bad-ass. Did not have too much truble with it. The most difficut part was getting decent clearance under the cab of the truck near the tranny lines and cross members, but once it was all adjusted it looked good. Thankyou again!
Got the exhaust in yesterday! Appreciate the quick turnaround. I will let you know how it goes once I get it installed. Thankyou!
