Frame distorsion.

I need to get on the ball and do my motor mounts

It can easily be removed, but I am not going to take it off my truck. I got the idea from IdahoRob. I don't have a picture of it on my truck, but here's one Rob posted on DP.

I totally understand the concept and location of the parts, but what all did you use? I see a turnbuckle, but what did you bolt to the manifold bolt?? In other words, do you have a parts list?!
