100% Over injector Issue

I ran my truck at the track a couple weeks ago. Truck currently has a s476, Dual Fuelers, and 100% over injectors. Maintained rail pressure and low pressure great. Ran cleaner then stock. Weighed in at 6100 with me in it. The time sheet is with Korys tunes 2500 pulse. After talking with Kory that fallowing week he though maybe my injectors where only 30% overs. So I pulled one and had it tested locally. The local company said it was only a 37% over injector. Now the company I bought them from says they are 100%. What are your guys opinion on this?

On 2500uS with 100% overs you should be running pretty dirty down the track... My guess is they are 30% over

I went a good bit faster than you on my 30's, dual pumps, single s472 on 2450us weighing 6900lbs. 12.0@113

whatever you have absolutey are no where near 100% overs. I'd be pissed.

Are they calling them 100hp over instead of 100%? Sounds like some one has the terminology messed up... IIRC II 30% are considered 100HP.

Where are these from? I'm wary of places that rate injectors in hp instead of %.

Invoice show 100% overs. We are trying to figure it out. The math of my track times show 525-550hp. Witch seems about right for 35ish over injectors at that pulse. My dsp5 switch is working just fine. I checked it with the lap top

Who tested them? And who's tips are they? I don't want to purchase something that is false/mis advertised...

They was tested locally at Diesel Specialties on a bosch test bench in Nebraska. I am not going to say any names cause I want to make sure that the injectors are actually not 100 overs. As of right now I told them to send them back to me. Then I will send them out to another place to get a 3rd opinion. Just wanted everyone's thoughts on the test sheet and time slip.

It is one thing to get injectors that are bigger than advertised, but those are obviously way smaller than they are supposed to be. 2500us on true 100's will be over 1k hp with enough turbo. Local guy at the track has 100's and a single 475 and was trapping 122mph in a pulling truck on a 2300us tune.

dude they are not 100% overs not even close... IIRC at similar weight Matts triple turbo truck ran 10.3 on 2900uS on 45% overs. Hell I ran 115 mph at 6700 lbs on similar air with a 3300uS tune. You need to send them elsewhere IMHO...
