    My lly sending unit developed a pin hole in the suction line in the tank, it would not start after an overnight wheb below a certain tank fuel level. Maybe something like that going on.

    HELP!! with trailer 8-wire Wire Harness

    Not sure on the exact locations but there is fuses in the main underhood panel for them. I would look at the panel, removing the covers and hinge the panel up. Check under the panel for rodent damage.

    Blew a head gasket

    Just did a set on an 06 as well. gaskets were the old design and the fire rings blew out on both back cylinders. Sucks for people because of the expense.

    LB7: Rotational knocking when engine is warm

    Being its an lb7 what emissions version is it? Look above the fuel filter housing for a bunch of vacuum lines and valves. The vacuum pump is very common to tick on the california emissions versions.

    It happens often enough, atleast up here in the n east. We do probably 12 turbos a year. i agree on the driving habits. I try to tell these people this but they just refuse to listen.

    LBZ: No Crank/No Start

    My first recomendation is to check +voltage at starter solenoid. Then with an assistant check voltage at the ignition terminal on the starter for voltage while your assistant turns the key to crank.
