    It sounds like the truck brakes just got very hot. Perhaps he brakes were not burnished in? Maybe step up to Dot4 fluid when you bleed the ABS module.

    I only posted this because I found it FUNNY, all that 'sludge' pouring out of an engine. Of course it isn't oil, or at least not entirely oil. Maybe some of the chemical you can add to an oil drain pan to solidify or gel the old oil after a change. I don't know really what it is. And it's way...

    If I was considering this spare parts purchase, I might do the purchase now but wait until they're needed before doing any programming to mate them to the truck.

    Keep in mind that the attachment came from an LMM and I don't know what a similar document for your truck would show. 26K lbs is a lot of pressure. It certainly wouldn't hurt to change the sensor. I think I would hold off until you get your problem sorted out before changing the pressure sensor...

    That's definitely not normal. You should be at full rail pressure with the FPR unplugged.
