Limited slip would be a spring and clutch governed by spring pressure. With gears as well but still more torque applied with " 95 percent " than none at all.
TrueTrac's work great on ice, have you ever had one? Only takes a slight amount of resistance to make the Truetrac work, as said, even brakes can cause them to work with the tire off the ground.
The more torque applied, the more the truetrac works to resist and move the axle with the larger load. These could be good to help an axle vs. break an axle which a true locker can help accomplish.
