I've tried: 3794 from danville, 4094 stg2r, 64.5/73sxe, 69sxe, 64.5/68sxe, 66/73 FI.

64.5/68SXE is my favorite. Spools like stock, I can make 20psi at 1500rpms. Tows amazing, and has enough air to make the power I want. Dynoed at 655hp on a 2200us tune with the 60s I have. If you go fixed vane don't go away from borgs sxe line. My 69mm from borg spool twice as fast as forced inductions 66mm I tried.

What exhaust housing? Got any video of smoke output or egt’s and turbo coming on boost at 1500rpm? I ask because I’ve been looking real hard at that turbo

I can't provide you any videos but I know the multiple trucks I've used a 364.5/68 on (2x 0.91 and 1x 0.83 gated) are incredibly responsive and are not far off of OEM turbo drivability.

do you have a website?
We do, but we do not have a "webstore".
https://www.kndserviceinc.com/

I'm very old school. I want to make sure my customer gets the parts they need to meet their goals which means I want to talk to my customer beforehand vs giving them the ability to buy a grouping of parts that simply won't work. I'm not saying that's what you're after, simply explaining the reasoning on why I do not have a webstore.

I'd be happy to help get you anything you need! You can PM me here or call/text the number in my signature.

How was the difference in the 83 housing vs the 91?

IMO the 83 was noticeable. This was on a stock fuel truck.

I will be going to one on my truck with the compounds. I will be able to swap back and forth to get the data we're after based on shaft speed curves/boost response curves/drive pressure curves etc.

People really sleep on the small turbine S300s. They're not intended to make gobs of power but their response is insane. That's why I'm hoping the gated housing allows me to spray it and not send the compressor wheel into the intercooler haha.
