well its up to state farm now, body shop guy talked to them saying it needed to be totaled, he was at 66% needed 70% ill find out monday

for 27k you should just have him buy you a gas truck and swap the drivetrain into it.... at least you would have a 100% straight truck to start with.... and probably less money

haha yeh maybe popped cherry 05 lly, Steve im looking for pretty much same thing, depends how insurance treats me, still waiting on that.

i just went thru the same thing, i had a 2005 LLY and i fell asleep and hit a few cars. The first offer from the insurance was 27.2k I told them no way! I did some minor research and found a few trucks selling for 30k+/- and sent them to them. They tried to compare my crew cab 4x4 diesel to some extended cab 2wd gas trucks! anyways long story short I settled for 32.5k :thumb: so definitely dont take their first offer and good luck finding another truck!:woott:

yeh insurance treated me well covered it all plus some, and tax and title, now just waiting on check
