You should be fine. The injectors will be easy providing the holes are clean and not carboned up. It may go good enough you can fit the turbo in there as well.
i was planning on starting sat after noon for the studs and injectors, gonna leave sun and mon open aswell, do turbo following weekend
I went 60, 90, 125, 125, sit over night to stretch them(don't have to do that but I did), back off 50lbs then go back 125lbs and I called it good on my LB7.what torquing procedure do you guys use for headstuds?
Head studs on factory gaskets, on an LLY? Ive been told by more than a few top notch guys to not even bother with the studs without putting in the newer style gaskets. Its not that the factory head bolts that stretch like a Ford, its the gasket design that gives out.

If I were you i'd buy the LLY kit from Henry at COTNP with studs and run her till you see a sign that they finally let go, then tear her down and put the updated grade C gaskets, stud it, get the heads resurfaced and checked for cracks. I wouldn't tear it all down to put studs in with stock gaskets. Might as well do it right the first time :thumb:just want to get a concensus on what you guys think would be better, studs on stock gaskets or just leave as is
Comes with everything you need. Just make sure u choose studs when ordering.ok so just run as is, whats this kit you speak of...is it just studs and gaskets?
