Windshield tint

Been thinking about having mine tinted, but we have inspection and registration stickers that go on the windshield. I wouldn't go over 50%. I'm happy with 35% on my front and stock tint on my other windows, but would like it a little darker. I have a very dark 20% all around on my work truck and a 5% eyebrow. I hate it at night when pulling a trailer. I have to get into some really tight places and its hell at times. Part of the problem is I don't have power windows in the work truck, so can't really just roll down the windows.

I'm running 35% tint on my front windshield, 5% on the front/side windows and 5% over factory on the back 3. Love it!! :thumb:

How do you deal with the stickers? Just lightly tape them on with scotch tape or something? I'm anal about having my windshield clean and can't stand left over residue from the old stickers.

What do they do with rear view mirror also? Tint around it, or R & I it?

Tint around it. Remove the mirror precut the tint on the outside of the windshield. Cut around the bracket once you slip the mirror on it will hind any of the imperfection in the cutting.

I have the factory tint on the back windows, 15% on the front and 35% on the windshield. It's the perfect setup IMHO. Dark enough you can barely see in, but does not impair driving at all and does not draw attention from cops.
