Obviously we all love Diesel engines, but who also likes to tinker with gas engines? $$$ per hp is extremely low when you compare gas parts to diesel parts. I know there's a bunch of y'all out there that have some rowdy gasser trash. Whatcha got? And I'm having to run a full manual valve body on the th400, any suggestions for a shifter?? There is a million of them lol
Here's what my father, some good friends and I have been working on
454, .070 over, 4.25" stroke, 10.5:1
Roller cam is .630 and some change on the lift
Had a bunch of good pictures of the heads in my old phone, that is now destroyed.
They are cast heads that our friend, 'Super Mario' of Super Mario Race Engines, ported to the max. It was art, I didn't want to pit them on the motor lol
1.88/2.19 valves, mechanical rollers, rockers, rocker stud girdle, HEAVY springs lol
Carb was a dominator 1250 that our friend David Phillips (helping a chit ton with everything) of Allan Phillips Racing worked some sort of magic on. He said "this is gonna make the truck real fun" as soon as he got his hands on it lol
Post some pics of what y'all got going on
