i was just wondering how some of you guys did a couple things when installing a new Y bridge. 1- what did you do about the low pressure fuel lines, feed and return? i have one rubbing it on the right side right on the fuel line clamp, and one on the backside rubbing on the fuel line clamp as well. 2- what did you do about the coolant line running from the resevoir to the lower radiator hose? the boost tube is rubbing it pretty hard and it is also rubbing the harness coming out of the ficm pretty hard as well. any input would be great.

Cut a longer piece of hose for your coolant return, and get decent diesel fuel rated line, and re route the low pressure fuel lines. (you may have to bend some out of the way a bit.) That's what I did when I put on my twin kit with y-bridge.

I didnt have to do too much. Just bent the return line a hair and put maybe a 1/4" dent in the bridge. I didnt have to re route any lines tho.

I didn't have to do anything with my Hsp bridge. I bought the fuel line kit from Tony and does away with the hard lines in the valley, makes it so much easier.

There wasn't enough room between my mouthpiece and Y-bridge to fit the low pressure hard lines. Mine was a HSP Twin Kit. I don't know how you would fit the lp hard lines without sacrificing airflow or leaving the stock bridge in.... I basically built my own DHD kit like the link above.

I've had to re route lines and bend lines with dhd, hsp, and with trents stuff I've yet to find a 3" y bridge to fit perfectly

I didn't have to bend anything when I installed the DHD Y-Bridge

I am also using the PPE hi flo CP3 kit that uses the rubber hose for the low pressure fuel feed line tho
