Just wonderin how many others and in what ways us members are debilitated?
My problems are prolly nuthin compared to some of you! Just wonderin how its goin and your ways to deal with it. and the crap we hafta deal with:hug: Maybe i can lean somethin:D

Me... okay bear in mind i'm 25, so i got a good start on things i wanna avoid!

Had back trouble since 17ish

1-2 bad disks in the lumbar(lower) of my spine

Scoliosis, not severe, not mild, enough for my ribs to stick out on the left side more than right, (has the same curve from back as side), pops alot too.

Solution: Streching helps, try not to lift more than 20lb or bend over to much. I take 5/325mg Oxycodone's(Percocet) for the real pain to get through the day if i need and only if i need. 350mg Carisoprodol's(Soma) at or near bedtime for the pain at night that wakes me up, so those knock me out too sleep.
An 200mg Sulindac to help keep the back from gettin to inflamed. Most the time it all works as it should and im ok but i know that stuff is dangerous and i feel like a criminal trying to get my refills. Wish the problem could just go away! Most likly, permanant damage with little improvment in the future.

Digestive issues: Prolly IBS and or Crohn's or a dirivitave, This is a real pain, can be a fun kill-joy, plauged me for years. I catch hell for my bathroon excursions!
Solution: Dunno, just realalizing my issues are more than i though?

Color-blind: No cure here! Somtimes i just need a nother set of eyes!

Skin: Exzema, On the face, I'm blonde hair, blue eye'ed,(1/2 German) guess theres alot of wierd problems for my piticular model! No cure really, lotion helps.

Anxiety disorder?: haven't checked into it, i hate being around lots of people or unknown people by myself, I get real nervous, bothers me to be alone.

Acid reflux: Not to much of a problem nowdays

Allergys: You name it, it bothers me! nothin severe! Even allergic to cigg. smoke

Solution, Had alergy shots when young, Allegra works well now days

Chronic Dehydration: Hmmm, drink more water!

Asthma: not to bad anymore!

Low blood Psi: A good one! Doc said be genorous with the salt at din-din time, OK i love moe flava!

Family goodies:
Mom's side, cancer all types, (my uncle very much like me, died around the same age of colin cancer)

Dad's: Diabetes, poor circulation

Knee started telling me the weather one day and i haven't been able to dunk on a basketball court since.

I am 20 and have bursitus (Inflammation of little pads under knee cap) on both my knees. It hurts to keep them bent or put more pressure than normal body weight on them.

I think its probably from jumping up and down equipment most of my life.

I've broke right leg twice, left leg once. I have a plate in my left ankle, broke some ribs on the right side, broke left arm once, broke right arm at the wrist once. This was all by age 19 except the ankle which was 2 years ago. When I was 19 I was in a truck accident and broke my back at t-12, I had 2 rods and about 8 screws put in, then about a year later, in a racecar accident I broke the rods and had to have the surgery done again. I Just had a kidney infection which sucked cause I was only born with one.

Even with all the problems I have had, still to this day I do what ever I want and none of it slows me down, I can drive anything and will try to do anything I can :)

oh yea, I found a pic from the broken ankle, Nerf bars/nets on a 4 wheeler or boots could have prevented this, lol

Dude, with the Percocet your lucky to have any functioning bowels at all. After my last ACL, doc had me on "liberal dosage", and I swear on my first trip to the can I was trying to pass a granite school bus!
