I have talked with mark and he said he used to build my same turbo. Said he's gotten 700hp out of it with more fuel obviously. I'll be adding more fuel to mine soon hopefully, my cp3 won't hold rail right now so it's really tough to get a good track time or dyno number to see what it's making.
My wife is fairly small I hope she doesn't have to have one, her mom and sis didn't but her cousin did for both her kids.
I still do offer them. I offer the TCT 2.5 stg2 new for $1950. which includes vanes sensor and control solenoid. This is a brand new turbo. If you want a reman version of it(like everyone else is offering) they are $1,200. plus core. The reman get the same CNC fully ported turbine housing and race cover treatment so that every turbo is exactly the same. I keep them on the shelf ready to go. They are great turbos for up to 650hp and have seen a high of 700hp with the right combo but your really leaning on it to get that power. The real problem is everyone wants a 1000hp but have no idea what it really takes to have it and they really only need 650hp. If they would take a step back a really look at what they are doing and make a more logical choice then there wouldn't be soo many phone calls to try and figure out why their truck didn't do what they thought it should.
That is great pricing on that! I didn't realize you still made and sold them. 650 is enough to pop my motor lol. Once I build it then it will be a great turbo to twin over.
A quick question for ya, do the vane tables need to be adjusted with the high flow vanes like your stg2r and 3794 stg2? On my big tune my vpos is sitting right around 50% wide open. Is that normal for a 3300uS stock fuel tune or should it be opening up more?
