I'd look into a s468 they are a lot stronger then the 300 series. I know several that have come apart. Just my opinion

You will find allot of different opinions, I love big singles but there not for everyone. Do some searching and reading here and don't rush into anything. Although I love my setup I know of other setups I would love to try. It all comes down to your DNA lol!
Whats the difference between the 63 mm Billet LB7 Cheetah from fleece and their S363 kit? besides ones a drop in I believe.
Also you might want to factor in the cost of going from a stock fitting turbo like the stealth 64 to one like a 366
I think the Cheetah is a modified stock charger and the S363 is an aftermarket charger. More than likely the 363 will offer more improvement. Don't quote me on this but I think Fleese's Cheetah line is stock appearing chargers with upgraded wheels and maybe more?
An aftermarket s300 charger will come with a bigger downpipe and everything you need for install. Chances are it will work just fine with your aftermarket intake. Some of the kits will come with an upgraded intake. If you decided to twin it later on down the road it would tie in nicely with a s400 for a great all around compound setup!
I've got one of Henry's S366 kits. It's an II silver Bullet 66/74/14 with polished race cover and billet wheel. I'm very happy with it DD and towing. I personally couldn't tolerate a big single. I like being able to spool it at 50 mph without the truck having to downshift and or unlock the converter.

a HTT66mm for a LB7 will include everything needed for install and is right around 2500$. It even includes a driver side dipstick.
With a stock motor, I see no reason to go bigger than either a modified ihi or s300. The Stealth 64 will make 600 with 30% injectors without needing a bunch of install stuff. But swapping to an s300 frame has its advantages.
I wouldn't think twice about going with the HTT box 66 and install kit. Its the most cost effective, and while it may be a little bit more involved with installation (not really unless you really are an idiot) its a better platform to start with, and is far easier to upgrade when/if the time comes.

I had the IIS366 66/74/14mm & it was doggy below 2000 - 2200 rpms with stock injectors. I know it would be better with larger injectors though.
For what I do with my pickup I would have gone a different route from the start. I should have put one of my own souped up turbo's on!! haha
I would get an HTT install kit over a BD one; BD T3 pedestals suck compared to HTT, ATS, etc. Very restrictive.

You could run the gated t3, but I'd suggest the 71mm turbine over the 74mm. Especially knowing that once the 14 cm cast housings are machined out large enough to accept the big 74mm they are prone to cracking.

Cole HSP makes a great product, but we can get you setup with the latest Fleece LB7 S300 kit (Not seen on the website) with a Billet S366 & Upgraded bearings for just over $3000. Its complete from pedestal, remote oil feed, downpipe, and intake adapter. As in something you can install in a few hours if the stock unit is out, and be up and driving when its done.
That said on stock injectors, a 66 is a little much. (Tho I put nearly 60,000 miles on my stock injector LB7 with one) We have a T4 internally Wastegated S362/68 that is an absolute blast to drive!
