I'd look into a s468 they are a lot stronger then the 300 series. I know several that have come apart. Just my opinion
I think the Cheetah is a modified stock charger and the S363 is an aftermarket charger. More than likely the 363 will offer more improvement. Don't quote me on this but I think Fleese's Cheetah line is stock appearing chargers with upgraded wheels and maybe more?Whats the difference between the 63 mm Billet LB7 Cheetah from fleece and their S363 kit? besides ones a drop in I believe.
If you're going to get an S366, I would go T4 - 66/70/0.91 instead of a T3 - 66/74/14mm.
I had the IIS366 66/74/14mm & it was doggy below 2000 - 2200 rpms with stock injectors. I know it would be better with larger injectors though.
For what I do with my pickup I would have gone a different route from the start. I should have put one of my own souped up turbo's on!! haha
I would get an HTT install kit over a BD one; BD T3 pedestals suck compared to HTT, ATS, etc. Very restrictive.

I'm really leaning towards the HSP S366 turbo and install kit form Creatures of the Night. good choice??
