Its one they buid for Diesel Addiction, I think they call it DA high stall? I'm not positive about the advertised stall, I believe Dustin told me it was 3000.

I do believe it is a 3200 stall for the Diesel Addiction Series converter. I ordered the same one, waiting on it to get here. I've been in a truck built/tuned by Dustin with S475 TCT (.90) , 60% Exergys, PPE mani/up pipes, turbo blankets, Levi blankets, Suncoast GMAX 6 etc with his converter and the truck is awesome on the street and even better on the track.

Idk Ill have to ask again when they call me about it getting there. I just asked if they were familiar with diesel addiction, they said yes. So I said I'm prolly gonna want the da high stall speed whatever that is.

Like I said earlier, and what everyone is not realizing, is that a 2500rpm(for example) stall will be much greater in 3rd lo than 1st high. So if you run a 3000 rpm stall converter, but start in 3rd low, the stall point will be much greater than 3000 in that gear that you are using. Sled pullers vs street driving = whole different ball game.

its best to start in 3rd anyways with a big charger as it eliminates shift time and all you have to do is just lock the converter :) Plus if its a super tight track, you won't worry about rolling out not spooled and the truck shifting early which is SUPER common on trucks that cants spool at the line and take off. They jump right to the next gear and you'll never spool.

If you have a puller and it shifts to a gear other than what you want or too early, its your own fault.

Didn't say it was a problem for me….I simply stated that we do 3rd gear starts, it spools fine and doesn't skip a beat. soon as it gets screaming its locked and hauling the mail. You ever pull your truck at the buck or going to do the series eisenhart is putting on? just curious I'm from md and your truck doesn't look familiar
