i need help deciding what i want to do with this damn truck. im so fed up with it but for some reason i always have a problem parting with it but i know its never going to end. options that im thinking of right now are

1.sell the race motor, trans, fuelers, etc,etc... put back to stock and do something different
2.put a new turbo back on it and keep wasting money trying to make a crew cab truck fast
3.take the motor, turbo, fuelers out and put a stock motor back in and set the race stuff in a corner until i can afford to buy something light to put it in and make a dedicated drag vehicle out of (s10, mustang, etc.)
4.take the twins off and leave the gtx42 leave the wastegate and spray the balls off it
5.possibly change the whole setup up and go to a procharger setup just to have a fun street truck. ive always liked superchargers but im afraid of the crank breaking but i think it would be super fun on the street

let me know what you guys think

You can't sell it josh. That would be like getting rid of your wife.... Just something that you can't do. Oh and don't tell her i said that haha.

Take the 55 off, and pull it against Travis.:D

f### sled pulling. i hate it. every time i hook to the stupid sled it costs me money. not to mention im way too competitive so i wouldnt be content with a 42 i would have a expensive ass precision charger like yours. it would never stop with that either.

that seemed like an incredible deal to me!

Stuff like that is on Racing Junk quite a bit though. Just have to watch it regularly as those kinds of deals aren't so frequent.

This is the same situation I was in about this time last year. I put a stock motor back in, and I have been really happy I did. I miss the power of the built motor and twins, but it's good to have a nice truck I can drive and not work on all the time.

this is exactly what i was thinking. i like the power the truck has but at the same time it makes it to where my truck just sits all the time broke. i have a piece of crap 93 f150 that i drive all week to work and it gets real old not being able to drive the nice truck on the weekends or whenever for that matter. literally it has been broke since sept. 2010 till the second week in april and since then i have less then 200 miles on it and 3 1/4 mile passes and one sled pull.

Rexburg Id.
guess you better sell the twins to me lol. i would make it a driveable truck and call it good. latter on get something small and light and throw a dmax in it. an 80's camaro would be awesome with a dmax under its hood lol.

find a cheap regular cab 4x4, swap engine & trans

yeah where do i find a "cheap" reg cab? ive looked and they are all pretty expensive. i actually had a guy before the motor was finished tell me he was going to sell me his 03 farm truck. it was a reg cab with low miles and was going to sell it cheap.... but of course he backed out on me.
