make sure you idler/pitman arm have NO slop in them. if there is ANY, the braces wont do you any good

Should be tight as a rock? No play what so ever?

I think I have it figured out. That thing bolts to the differential, with the roller bearing forward. Your dhd brace will ride against the roller instead of using the Teflon pad.
