what engine oil should i use?

I've only used Amsoil 15w40 HD synthetic in my engine but 100$ for 10 qts is kinda ridiculous... What the hell should I change it with?

If you'd prefer you could also look into running the remote bypass system on it to get more use out of your oil per drain
