Josh, love the work you do. If I ever get to build a house, I might have to bribe you to make a trip to Texas to do some tile work for me. I like the no drain look of the flooring and the lipless walk in showers.

Customer brought 2 heads in, 1 broke stud in each one. First one came out easy. Second one, I welded a nut to it with the tig welder, broke it off below the surface. Made a bar to get me centered and then broke an easy out off in it. Had to throw a hail mary and put it in the milling machine and get the easy out out with a carbide end mill. Took 3 times longer than it should but glad it's done!
Thanks man, I’ve got plenty of people I could go on a 6 month road trip doing tile work lol. I’d love to come down there and ride some dirt bikes. Been down there to 3 palms a few times and it’s a blast
Had this bitch on bump stops twice yesterday. 2 separate 2500lb pallets of tile. Traction was no issue lol
New trucks must have soft springs or weight that much more. Those 3 pallets of tile where just over 9,000lbs according to the invoice

I am running drop shackles so lose some travel. But my springs are worn out I think. My lmm was the same way. There’s at least 2-3 times a week I have 1500+lbs in the bed. My springs squeak when walking around/jumping in the bed. I’m going to pick up a pallet of mud right now, another 2800lbs. The bed gets used a ton in my line of work
Made a target for our kids to shoot the .22 and BB gun at. Easily taken apart for storage and transport. Screws to keep the targets from walking.
Cole got his deer back yesterday he killed December 17th. Taxidermist said kids to the front of the line, I didn’t expect it back this quick. Cole’s 8, this is his third deer and the biggest one he’s ever had in front of him. .243 at 60 yards and dropped him like a bad habit.

Had to help the tire guy out. I don’t know how in the hell they though he could put that tire on by hand. Good thing I had a trackhoe on site.
