Gotta play with the tower crane. One of the swing motors stated talking to us and maybe some electrical issue. Hope to have it fixed Tuesday early morning.

This is how i cracked a 19.5 Alcoa towing this backyard digger derrick to replace all the outrigger weldments. Kept losing air and tires were good . Second one. All accuride wheels from here on.
And my air brake tool kit. Knocked out a full truck with just these tools and still had 3 put 4 lights on.
This is the new Milwaukee m18 1" cordless with 1800 fy lbs of torque. Now i can do them without an air compressor( all these trucks have out riggers so no jack is needed)

All we use at work for cordless tools is the M18 Milwaukee stuff. It's amazing what it can do.
Checked my cameras today. Bow season came in today and the wife is gone with her crossbow. Hopefully she can get this one.

Wasting time... second “random”drug test in 3 days. 3rd time I’ve taken my crew to do this quick little job 90miles away just find out they ain’t ready for us. Someone broke our generator on site and now I have to drive 120miles to get a new one from the shop.

Man I wish they did drug testing on the crew doing renovations at my hotel. Seems like half the people are high most of the time. Their work is shotty and I am always having to pickup after them, fix their problems, etc. Drug testing would probably eliminate all of the bozos but then they would be short handed and even further behind schedule. On the flip side maybe things would be done right
Get used to it....with mj being legalized everywhere, more and more younger workers are going to start testing positive. They never think about the consequences of their actions.
