What compound setup for 1000-1100whp

Danville 72mm / Danville Bullseye BMW 483.
I have bigger injectors then what you want to use, but the rest of my engine is about the same as you want to build.
I made over 1100hp

I don't know what id push on the street hp wise but what is a 1000whp like on the street? I really like the idea of the Danville vgt since I could use the piping from my Sdp s475 compounds, but when does a waste gate become necessary and how much drive pressure is too much. Hear the vgt's run high. Thanks everyone!!!

I do not run a waste gate. I see 80 psi of boost and 100 psi of drive pressure. I only run the Kodiak manifolds also. I bet could get lower drive pressure if I switched to a header.

60% injectors, Danvilee 72mm/gt5533r, dual stock lbz pumps, 2600us. Made 950rwhp. Runs at 820rwhp with a 2200us pulse. Verified on the track about 300 times this year. Towed my 7k trailer all over the country with that setup.:woott:

I just got mine back together myself. I know what 700 HP is like but now with the triple set it will be much wilder. The triples spool better than my single dis and I am using the same single for the top charger. It is plenty if low end torque. I wouldn't hesitate to tow about anything with it.

For a high hp daily driver the only way i would go would be triples or decent sized twins with spray to meet your high hp goal on the dyno and racetrack. But sounds like trips would be best bet for you.

What are you using for the top charger? I'm going to run triples after i get my motor done. I want it somewhat streetable.

Also are we talking straight dyno queen numbers or track rated power?

bcdeutsch731 is more than track verified as the most powerful and fasted VGT powered truck out there. 9.43@148mph on the tune that dynoed 960hp and it carries the front tires! EMiller and Verlon Southwich both run the 72mm VGT twinned with small injectors and are in the low 11's in crew cab daily driven trucks. I ran mid to high 11's with the 72mm VGT as a single on my stock lbz with 45%inj. Am I missing something here because these are real trucks getting the job done despite what some people think about VGT's capabilities.

For a 2.8" turbo it is stock like compared to driving an S472. Drive pressures are in check with this turbo so that is not a worry! The C10 makes 80psi boost and roughly 100psi drive in his twin setup.

I plan to have mark work his magic on my 4094 and turn it into a vgt72, i plan to run a gtx4718 and dual cp3 with 80-100% over injectors from exergy. I am looking to run a solid 650-700 on the street with track potential of 1000whp on that set up with fuel only, i have been reassured that this is easily attainable with a set up like this. Of course this is on a built engine, and i will drop a1/2 to 1 point of cr? But i haven't got that far yet into the plan.

100 psi is really good! How fast does it spool? Im assuming really quick being a VGT,Im just curious as to what made the decision to go VGT?

I know this is a different animal but my stock lly had close to 3:1 DP on stock tuning, but this was at lower RPM not at peak is this a case with the bigger VGTs?

anywho its still impressive what you have done:thumb:

Oh and to the OP......IMO you dont run 1000hp on the street, you just break parts and cant keep it straight, 4X4 is even pointless i would break all 4 tires loose
