You guys are incredible to me. I thought I was fairly strong until I read you guys numbers. Most people think that I’m a pretty good sized guy but I’m willing to bet I’m small in comparison to most of you. Either that or I’m not as strong as I thought I was for my size lol. I’d be interested to know what you guys weigh and BF% is. Keep up the grind guys

I’m 190 ish and 10% right now. I feel strong until I read on here lol.

You and I are on par with each other in that lift then. 335 is my recent one rep PR. Of course that’s always my high weight on a pyramid workout so sometimes I’m already pretty gassed by the time I get there. I also only do pause reps on my working sets. And I’ve never done anything but raw. I’ve heard I would be really surprised if I ever used a slingshot or a shirt but don’t have any desire. My current weight is 195 and about 9-10% BF. I constantly get the same feeling of thinking I’m strong until I workout with a buddy who is an absolute beast and makes me shake my head every time. Also the steroid use is pretty bad at some of the places I workout.

I don’t typically pay to much attention to what others are doing, you can’t control any of that... I just focus on me and try to make progress and not regress:D

Its cool seeing some of the weights these guys can move. I watched Jesse pull 675 for a double, beltless from a 4” deficit, makes wonder how the f these guys get that strong?

I totally agree. There will always be someone bigger, faster, stronger. I’m just here for myself. But still pumped for everyone moving big weight.

Happy 4th everyone!

Quick workout today for the gf and I.

Every 2 minutes for 10rds:

-200m run(I ran) or 11cal row(she did the row)
-3 pull-ups, 7 push-ups and 12 air squats

Simple but surprisingly spicey.

My first Fran was not that good either. Once you learn how to buttfly you’ll move so much faster. Plus this was my first Fran unbroken on the pull ups, normally I break on the sets of nine. Pull ups anyways. I normally always go unbroken on the thrusters.
