I havnt had a protein shake in months
I ran out of whey for like 2 months and didn't really notice any differences other than when I was hungry and didn't have time.i didn't have a convenient quick snack.

I feel atmosphere is very important. The guy that owns the gym I use is the nicest dude you'll ever meet. He has a strict no Dbag policy.
Watched his last video on youtube, guy sounds like he is super beat up physically. Low back and shoulder issues. That's awesome you got that 1 on 1. Hear he is a super humble guy

Tried straps. 100% Hate them. Setup takes too long. I'm a grip and rip kind of person. Thinking too much screws me all up. Oh well. It's only $25. Maybe hooks would be better.
