Went in last night for strictly deads, to hit a true 1rm. Well that didn't happen when I couldn't get 435 morethanoff the floor, lol. Was pretty confident I could do it, pulled 405 right up after a full dead workout last week. Shit barely left the floor yesterday.
Turned it around though and pulled a couple good sets.

Moved the wife into her school apartment today, long hike from parking lot to apartment and a tough steep staircase, counting that as cardio :rofl:

Who else is gonna be overindulging in BBQ and other tasty treats this weekend?:thumb:

Officially a 2x BW squatter now. Hit a 345lb single at 170lbs last

Then proceeded to screw my back up with light deads, working on speed off the floor. Must have lost tightness because halfway up it was over. Dosing myself with naproxen and cyclo today. Did something similar a few years ago and was straightened out in a few days but it was a rough few days, lol. Pretty pissed at myself today though.

Probably going to regret today the next few days.. 75 reps on leg press and 75 squats along with abs

After being out of commission for two weeks due to a nasty viral infection I picked up in central america...and losing 12 pounds I couldn't afford to lose along the way:

A. Max sumo dead: 385. I don't know how anyone can pull more sumo than conventional. It all feels heavy with wide stance.

B. Every 90 seconds for 15 rounds: 50' sled drag forward, 50' sled drag backward. Stoopid quad pump.

C. 3x12 sandbag squats, 3x10 sandbag lunge.

D. 125 banded good mornings.

Bummer Bennett.

I'm waiting to get moved into a house. Wife is stuck in a 25' travel trailer all day, so I have been skipping the gym to hang with her. Hopefully next week I can get back into the gym steady again.
