Went in last night for strictly deads, to hit a true 1rm. Well that didn't happen when I couldn't get 435 morethanoff the floor, lol. Was pretty confident I could do it, pulled 405 right up after a full dead workout last week. Shit barely left the floor yesterday.
Turned it around though and pulled a couple good sets.
