Hey guys so this is off topic.
My daughter, 17 months old was showing signs of ear infection so wife made her a dr appointment for following day because she's had them before and it gets bad. Well that night Taelyn, my daughter, would wake up just long enough to throw up and fall back asleep this happened 5/6 times throughout the night.
The following morning ~ 8am wife is washing dishes and hears Taelyn gargling looks over and she's limp on the floor having a seizure. Wife calls 911 and my mom they show up about the same time and Taelyns acting fine at this point. Paramedics say that she's good enough for wife to take her to dr as the appoitment was close anyways. They get to dr office and while in waiting room Taelyn has another seizure dr brings them In the back and paramedics show up take her to emergency room.
After a few more seizures, Blood Tests and x-rays they transpher her to wolfsons. That's where she is now having tests done and they can't figure out what's wrong or why she's having the seizures. Thankfully she is seeming to be doing better and is talkitive/playing but still more tests to do and Drs say they are keeping them there for a few more days.
Has anyone experienced this with their kids? Being 8k miles away it's a shitty feeling seeing your little girl wrapped up in a EKG getup. Just looking to see if anyone's experienced this with their kids. -John
