looks like they now use a circlip to keep the joint from popping out of the arm like they use to. in that case, i wouldnt even buy a new arm if the bushings are still good in your old arm.
is your other side showing movement as well or is it tight? jsut cause one is bad does not mean both are. im still on a stock original LCA ball joint with 213k, other side died at 190k.
