ok so I'm not able to sustain 2500us in my tunes, whereas I should keep 3100. I have a autometer c2 boost gauge and sensor tied into the fuel filter head trying to monitor pressure. I only have 4 psi at idle and 0 at WOT.
I have Kennedy twin lift pumps installed. I'm going to verify both pumps are working tonight by disconnecting wiring off one of them. Anyone know where else to look for problems or restrictions?....new fuel filter installed. Trippin pickup with 5/8 hose in tank. Kennedy pumps should deliver 8-9psi, but is that at idle or WOT or both?

Sounds like you only have one pump working

should be 8-9 at idle and it drops from there pending the PW 3300 pw will drop it to 4 or less

I have TTS twin lift pumps which are the some and i have one coming on when i turn the truck on and the second one only turns on with a toggle switch.
With one pump you only will see around 4 psi and 9 psi with both pumps on. I had problems with the wiring and made my own wiring controls.

Wired to both come on when ign is on. Could there be a restricrion causing both pumps to only deliver 4psi and with only one wired psi doesn't register?

I believe the second pump only turns on with oil pressure or boost pressure, if you're still using the controls that comes with the pumps.
I hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong.

I originally had a single pump, it went bad and I bought twin pumps and used the same harness. This is tied to a fuse that is only powered when ignition is on.
I spoke with Kennedy and he said the oil pressure sensor is there only as a safety, that even without it hooked up they will still run, they just won't cut off if oil psi drops.

The thing is with both pumps plumbed but only one pump wired up, I get 0psi registered on the 60psi BOOST gauge. ONLY when I wire both pumps up do I get 3-5 psi at idle or with ign. on and truck off. Pumps are wired parallel.

anyone have any ideas?

At this point i would pull both pumps off the truck and test them on a bench , put a suction line on put it in a bottle of diesel fuel put power to the pump and see what it flows . I am almost certain by your diuscription anyway that one of your pumps is inop .

I know it sucks to hear... but just go buy a different brand pump PPE's pump is cheap and will flow a lot more than your KD setup... AirDog 150 is good but pretty expensive

Subscribing.

I "think" im having issues with my TTS duals, need to verify,I have them both wired togeteher so they both run.

Upgradeing to an airdog might be the ticket.

Mind sharing your problems? I'm thinking an airdog is the ticket as well, but I'd feel more comfortable "knowing". I'm going to have to get a new gauge installed to make sure mine isn't reading faulty.

I hate to install an airdog, then tear the tank out to check the hose/pickup, then replace the filter head, then this, then that, only to find a bad cp3, ya know.:)

You should be able to hold rail pressure with a 2500 uS tune without a lift pump.
