Inside that banks intake is a bad a$$ copper charge cooler core. So even at 900hp, compressor outlet over 500F, IAT2 never touches 100F..

What is the ∆T in the seawater side under load? Or was it not something you needed to measure?Here is the seawater pump flowing at idle. What it takes to knock down those 500F compressor discharge temps, oil cooler, main engine heat exchanger, plus cool the exhaust pipes. This volume times about 4 at WOT.
