Got more done but also realized the oil line i ordered is too short, i didn't order enough 3" tubing, i still need to order boots and the mouthpiece i made is exactly what i need for the turbo outlet but i'm selling it, so now i get to make another one.

Not sure yet, i think that housing might actually work out pretty well. Ha yea once i get everything where it needs to be i'll pull it back apart and send it all out for powdercoating. Then i think i'm gonna make some "vette" style valve cover covers.

I tend to vote for an aftermarket cast manifold like ATS/PPE since my stock cast held up so good. The header seems to have shorter pipe life opposed to cast with the heat cycles etc. they endure. The headers are very nice products I'm always stuck on what is the best life span for the money spent with nice running improvement. This is a tough one to pick out. There is flow specs from tests though and that is a help.

Little more. I'm not really 100% satisfied with it though cause it doesn't look symetrical to me. I'm prob gonna redo the driver side intercooler pipe to look more like the cold pipe. I've also got to figure how to make the pass side intercooler pipe and still clear the hood.

Thanks guys, yea i've never done something like this before but figured by looking at some pics it couldn't be that hard.

got a little more done last night. Also realized i ordered the wrong size boot for the ic. So now hopefully i can pick one up this weekend in Kansas or on the way there. You can also see here where i'm going to mount the FICM, i'm gonna make a bracket off the AC then reweld one of the tabs back on the FICM at a different spot. Also made up some CCV fittings so i could run AN lines.

Looks good man, only thin I would of done different it move turbo higher and run the IC pipe under the turbo-to-turbo pipe, looks like the filter might be close and you're gonna pick up a lot of water and crap from the roads..

Hope you dont have to change injectors soon or do any engine work, looks like a pita to take all that off to work on the engine:rofl:

Actually i'm gonna run a 45* or 90* elbow to get the intake almost back up to where it would be stock.

It's actually not too bad to take it all off. 4 bolts takes off the hot pipe & charger mount. Then 2 oil lines and it's all off. I can even get to the CP3 by just taking the cold pipe and ic tube off.

The 37 has a .9 housing on it and is a t3. The s4 is a 1.32 and is a t6 flange. Power... Not really sure I'm figuring I should be around 600. To be honest I really don't care about hp, just looking for something that will dd great and get me into the low 12s. I'll prob do a cp3 and injectors or tips later on.
