 :spit: i sure hope that is true for your sake. lol. would like to see you put down some good times with the new turbo.

I have kind of been on the fence about dyno tuning or not, I don't wanna blow it up on a dyno lol. Id rather delay everyone at the track and make em all drive through my t6 synthetic when it pops there lol. I've done a 12.3 stock turbo so I do have hope to get down in the 11s a little bit at least.

LOL...its a six speed. 1st is 1st.

So drag clutch engagement out if 3rd and that way you keep boost. Don't have to dump it...right?

I've tried it once, like a slow dump and just netted a slower 60 and burnt clutch smell lol. Dumping it works great, just have to be over 4200 rpm in 3rd. If i launch 2nd I can launch at like 3k but the extra shift doesn't help. And it doesn't load hard in 2nd after you take off, so it doesn't make much no boost til 3rd anyway.

What does it bog down to after you dump the clutch? I think your rpms are going to have be much higher to keep that 75 happy on launch......

Torque is what gets you moving. Staying in that curve when you launch is key. Dyno tune will help you find that point

For sure, let's say I went max effort with the s475, a sportsman cp3 and a stock cp3 in a dual fuelers setup and 45 over nozzles, what kind of horse power would I be looking at? I know the 45s or rods are gonna hold me back lol figure I can get over 700 easy anyway.

If i could add my 2 cents. If it was a all possible I would have your truck dyno tuned by Mark. It will get you where you want to be for sure:thumb:

I asked mark he said either way but dyno is better, maybe a test launch on the rollers mark:driving::rockon:

That should be good for close to 850.

If I'm not at 5500 I will be after stripping the bed and stuff. I did the calculator on here and it said 5500 pounds and 750 hp is good for 10.45 at 128. Seems a little off to me lol

Comp d calculator says at 5500 pounds running a 11.3 would be 624 hp

Then at 5500 pounds it says my current trap speed of 111 would put me right at 510 hp to the ground, and 550 flywheel hp.

I would say that's pretty damn close now
