what about idle I add pw from 2-10mm trying to make it idle in these areas rather then 15-20mm it doesn't help much and lopes worse if I put that area back to were I had it it doesn't lope but idles around 15-20mm I dnt think more rail help either

I changed nothing at idle besides adding rail pressure. I did not change anything in the pilot tables.

I'm confused with what your saying. It won't idle smooth? With a stock pulse width in the idle area what does it do?

it wont idle below 15mm fuel it refuses to idle in the 1-10mm area. it lopes it bounces between 5-17mm with me tweaking it the a/c being kicked on makes way worse. if left stock it just idles in the 12-20mm area and lopes only around a certain coolant temp.

I should also mention once coolant temp is 180* plus it wont lope generally. ill grab the go pro and make a quick video

Ok. My truck will change idle "lope" when the ac is on. It will idle at desired for 5 or so seconds then bounce up for 3 seconds then bounce back down.

I haven't looked at a log at idle to see what it's commanding, so I am no help with your idle issue.

Yeah I'm not hearing/seeing much. Put all the idle stuff back to stock and raise rail only. See what happens. Quit trying to pull fuel from it. Just mess with rail and timing

im adding you don't take away fuel from the idle range. I though we wanted to get them to idle in the 1-10mm area I cant check balance rates the way it idles now to much mm

Just don't touch it lol. Mess with the rail and timing first. Messing with that does screwy shit at idle

Yeah after i first installed my bigger injectors I toyed with the PW in the low end because of the fuel smell but that did nothing for me. Yes work on timing and rail pressure. Also for my "mileage" tune I start with 52% on the timing calculator and work from there with my lower PW to help have a better burn.

Try bumping the FRP to around 6500psi at idle.

3600 rpm. My drive pressure is a little less than 1:2. Egts are not bad highest I've seen under full throttle is 1550 with it 90* outside on big tune.

Dude, your EGT gauge must be broken. lol. How are you only seeing 1550º with a VVT and 80% sticks? I dont think you are pushing it hard enough. :D I can get my S475 to 1500º at WOT on the highway once it shifts into 6th. That's on a 2400µs pulse and 30º with 40s and a single stock pump.
