For those of you that put your own lift on how was it? I need to quit harrassing Russ. Thinking on getting a TC lift and just wondered how bad the install was.

install was pretty easy. Had it done in a day easy with alot of booze

Do you have the 4" or 6" Travis? And how is your front end holding up with that I know most guys really like it.

4", everything is holding up great. Best mod i have done to the truck.

No I have the multi piece "strong kit"

interested also, Just bought two 6'' strong kits for mine and a buddies LLY.

If i had a lift i know it wouldnt be too bad.

Russ said his pyos fit on his lift. I have H2s and wonder which one would be best. Or maybe have to get a cognito lift.

Tough decision here. So is the one piece kit stronger or the 3 piece? If not why the hell do they call the 3 piece kit the "strong" kit?

You will need a spacer to make the H2's fit. I would not go with a cognito, its not worth the money IMO. The 3-piece kit seems plenty strong to me. There are alot of big power sled pullers using the TC kit and not having any issues.

What backspacing are you guys running that have these lifts? Im just full of questions

I am running 4.5" with 16's and my buddies with the same kit is running 4.5" with 20's

Russ runs PYOs tho. Which have .5" more BS than the H2s. Oh well I guess spacers arent too expensive.

I think its cause the H2's are wider then the PYO that tey hit the knuckle. It not a big spacer at all. I Think like a 1/4"

H2s are also an inch larger in Diameter which should help miss the knuckle maybe?

I think you got that backward.

Not from what i'm told. Pyos are 6

They're only 6.5" wide. I think it's more like 5". I'll go measure mine if needed.

I am running 4.5" of backspacing the H2's will need a small spacer on the fornt
