Brought home a new toy. The lmm pulls like a dream but I need air bags. Drop shackles had me on the bump stops.

When my new trailer was done I went and grabbed it and 2 others from load trail factory in Texas. Wish they had put my air ride trailer on the bottom for our trip through Oklahoma :-/

Figured I would add to the thread...

This is about the only thing I tug around. And before people give me shit about sagging, I pulled the overloads for a Cadillac like ride the other 99.5% time I drive the truck while I'm not towing :D

The little truck on the back likes to smash whoop sections at 60+ and fly a bit :woott:

Question for you tow bros. I have a flip up license plate and a roll pan on my truck. The hitch is behind the rollpan. This makes it very difficult to get a hitch in the truck without removing the plate. (EDIT it isn't hard to get the hitch in the receiver but the plate is in the way and doesn't allow you to put the trailer onto the ball) I ordered an extended Curt Class 3 ball mount to tow my sled trailer with. It is about 13" from pin to ball and rated at 7500lbs with 750lbs tongue weight which should be more than fine for my 4000lb enclosed trailer. Just curious if anyone else has run into this issue?

i have an extended ball mount on my truck i got a looooong time ago. worse case, you redrill the pin hole farther forward if its too far back for your liking (assuming the mount does have stops on it or a gusset in the way). I had a few buddies that had this issue and an extended ball mount like your doing is just what they did.

Nothing heavy just going for a ride.
