I have 65 in the rear tires, guess I better bump them up next time

We rent the track at Atco for the day, $200 per person gets you a prepped track from 9am to 5pm.

My car is the blue one, got two shakedown passes which net me a 11.5@138 and then an aborted third pass, and final pass snapped all the flexplate to converter bolts.

Black one is a friend who ran the event, think he was doing 10.7s@132 area.

basic rule of thumb is trailer tires always run max cold psi.. under inflation is #1 for tire failure more so with trailer tires than any other types.....
on the truck i have the rear tires max cold psi as well helps side too side sway control..
sucks about the flexplate bolts

Adam your kidneys must be bruised and beatin... I just can't run max cold in the trucks rear. I ride horrible enough even loaded with 65 in them I can't imagine going higher thane that. I also have to deal with mud roads and fields and max inflation isn't gonna help my 2 wheeler stay movin.

the 99 would beat the shit out of you on rough roads!! 56" long springs with 10000lb capacity! DD rear axle weights 2800lb  skips very wells:eek:
slightes bump would lock the seat belt up..

07 rear weighs 2500 no trailer rides alot better less springs capacity and long 64" version..

pin on the trailer weights 1700lbs.. also when DDing the there is ~4" between the upper spring pack and mounts

2000 on hills. I was overseas when that truck got hauled, that would be why it had to pull with the big tune in. It survived and dad said the truck hauling the other one couldn't keep up. I had told him if a piston cracked or trans gave up it would be on him.

Every 6.0 powerchoke winds up getting a ride sooner or later!
(I know this is to much truck for this trailer and too tongue heavy but it was dead on the side of the road and we weren't going to pay a tow truck to bring it just a few miles to the shop)

Gonna be picking up a new tire machine this weekend down in DE, prob bout 800lbs in the bed. Any issue leaving the big tune on and just driving not in tow/haul?
