thought id show them off, shouldnt have any rail pressure problems this year :thumb:
and i got some new rims and tires finally!

stock lbz. thats the reason i did three, so i wouldnt need modded pumps. stock pumps are more reliable and, two new stockers are cheaper than one built. plus three stock pumps will support more hp then a modded/ovr stock

pulleys look the same as an ATS or PPE kit....which are higher than the oe "sprocket"?

probably a trade secret on exact size, wouldnt blame him on not telling you or the internet.

But they do look awesome, cant wait to see a bit of color on them

What is involved in controlling a 3rd pump? I already have a ppe dual fueler. Very interested in adding a 3rd stock lbz pump instead of modding the two I have.

we've been trying a lot of different stuff to control them. i think the best thing out there to control 3 pumps is a bosch standalone, but its also the most expensive.

we'll be going back to the dyno with my motor in a few weeks to do some more testing

as soon as we have something we feel comfortable that will work reliably we will try and pass it on to everyone else.

Thanks for being open with what you find! I really think triple pumps has a future in high output large injector set-ups:thumb:

Looks nice, do you guys underdrive them? We had close to enough fuel out of 2 stockers until the engine went above 4200rpm... Then the stock ones start to airate a lot or something it seems like. Or with 3 is there enough volume the airation doesn't matter.

no problem

the pulleys are 1:1 drive. a lot of what we're working on is just theory right now. until we can see consistant rail pressure on the dyno and making good hp, its really just a stab in the dark.

Ats overspeeds the pump with their kit. PPE is a 1:1 ratio same as my pulley. 1:1 ratio or even less then that is where you want to be with a stock pump. Stock pumps are most efficient around 3000rpm and they start to fall off/flatten out at 3200rpm. So why ats decided to spin them faster than that is beyond me but in most applications if your running a twin pump setup you probably don't have your 3200rpm rev limit on your engine anymore! So all your doing is over working the pump.
