So you have stock keys with no bolts 20x12 -44? Gtfoh lmao that's crazy. I was starting to think it was impossible. Your the first to tell me they have done it. I don't even want -44 I want -24. Could you post a link to that mod so I know what I will have to do? Thanks
Greg

Yup stock keys no bolts. I have exactly a beer can height between the top of my tire and fender. I'd honestly like to go down another inch. But I'm not buying lowering keys and control arms. I just need to get the rear about 2" lower from where it is to be happy.

I'll find the thread.

Thanks :thumb: that helps a bunch. That's pretty easy to do. It should be a sticky.

How low are you in the back from stock? Have you cut your fenders back to the bolt yet? Your truck looks great Imo I am ready to start lowering this thing. Come on ups!!! :woot:

Just saw this post. Sorry. Right now the rear is 3" lower than stock but I want at least another 1.5" just havnt had time to mess with it.

Mines cut completely to the bolt and then massaged with a hammer.

I have 20x10s with a 305/55/20 with a -24 offset and it rubs when I lower it to race to get the axles flat... I did the same fender cutting and massaging with a hammer and still rubs a bit. It also rubbed the windshield washer fluid tank a bit when lowered, had to pull one of the bolts and ziptie it up closer towards the front.

The other thing to think about when asking about height with the bolts pulled or in is every truck is ging to sit a bit differently height wise. the bars, just like rear leafs, can sag from use and fatigue.... more miles or use on rougher roads

Well after some thought. I think I'm gonna go with 20x10 -24 fuel mavericks wrapped with 305/50r20 Toyo proxy 2s.

Has anyone had any experience with these tires? Good or bad.

I think there's a few guys running that tire on here and like them a lot

I was going to run a 285 or 75 but decided against it. I like how filled out 305s make it look. I have been running a pretty aggressive tire but I'm going to change it up a bit. Hopefully I can still load and unload the boat at the few ramps I go to. Don't need the truck spinning out trying to get up the ramp.

I ran a 20x9 wheel with -12mm offset 305/50 on my old lb7 and only had to do some minor trimming.

Thanks! Truck looks great :thumb:

I like the red in the wheels. Is that something you did? One picture they are red another not.

Yeah the red in the wheels I did. Old and new pics, that's why the red isn't in some of the pics.
