leave them alone...

I like the no wheel liners:D

Picture030-1.jpg

I usually have the liners in, Living in N.Y. with all this dam salt they are almost a necessity half the year. I just pulled them because the tires are real close to rubbing and I did not want to wreck the liners. It will be getting lifted a little in the near future and then the liners go back in:)

I like them blk, color matched looks good also but it seems it would just be one more thing to get rock chipped.

X2. I keep debating getting painted flares and handles. I end up liking the black as a contrast. I used to not like black wheels. They are definately growing on me. Between you and Larry, I will probably end up w/some.:D

I was going to have Casper's flares colored matched to my truck last Christmas and at the last second changed my mind and left them black.

Definetely leave the fender flares as they are, truck looks really good. Im starting to like Red GMC's more and more everyday. What do you have planned for the grille?

Thanks, I have mixed feelings on the stack but I am glad I went through the extra trouble of mounting it farther to the P-side. It does sound awesome;):)

How is the drone? I am assumeing no muffler? I was gonna put mine just of center to the Passenger side but yours and Tim's look killer off to one side like that.

Not to sure abought the grill, it being plastic I can not get it powder coated. We sanded and painted the grill on the LB7 blk and it held up pretty good but it still requires touch ups more often then I like. Maybe Line-X? Maybe billet grill Powder coated?, RBP is a possibility but only if I can find a better deal:rolleyes:

The drone is definetly more with the stack, but its not bad. I like the fact that cruising at 55-75 you can barely hear it when your out of the throttle. I had gassers in the past with aftermarket exhausts that sounded great but got annoying whenever you spent time on the interstate or any long distants.

And the bumper?

I want to get the front bumper powder coated matte blk and leave the bottom facia red as is. I was seriously considering a H/D bumper but the weight and pulling rules have me leaning more towards keeping the stock set-up minus the chrome. I do plan on getting or building a H/D rear bumper in the future though.

Take off the 4x4 sticker, GMC2500HD emblem, get red door handles, Denali headlights with clear corners and murder out or blood out your grille :D then no more chrome
