Congrats! I still think that smiley face is the funniest thing I have seen in a long time. I wonder how many duramaxes have that in them? Probably just yours. At least you know your truck wasn't built on a Monday! :D

freeway @ 72mph, 2250rpm, oil pressure is ~65lbs, coolant temp normal (192 on gauge?) egt ranges from 600* to 750*, excellent acceleration up to 90mph (I had to test it), OAT 85*.

hot idle oil pressure is ~28lbs, egt right around 220*, idle smoothed out too. :)

Motor mounts add a bit of vibration only when initially accellerating from a stop and just as the truck shuts off. Otherwise you'd never notice.

Those 30% injects sure add a bit of power....its like driving an LBZ now.

Figured Id update some things:

1) 7500 miles on the motor, no new sounds or problems. I think that odd noise I was hearing was a combination of injector knock and the exhaust flowing thru the manifolds/uppipes.

2) Oil pressure is still 80-90lbs at cold start, 60 @ 2000rpm, and 25-30psi at hot idle. Me like.

3) Fuel mileage is down to about 16mpg overall. I attribute that to the injectors and me not knowing how to write a tune that optimizes them.

4) Found my receipts, and the grand total for the build, including injectors/uppipes/manifolds, all machining and fluids was $5025.29. Kept myself on budget.

5) Last but not least, the motor obviously ran better at the track. I look forward to the 2011 race season. Got a wastegate to install and some other tweaks to do.

Tom do you plan on swapping turbos this year?

Nope. I like my stock turbo. Next addition will be Trent's S475/stock twin setup or something similar.

Probably will need a new CP3 after this year, too. Stocker is getting tired.

Saving funds for 2012 as we speak. :)

Yea I posted then thought about the studs, motor mounts, ect. :D . I'm hoping when the time comes I won't break the bank considering I already have studs, injectors, ect, ect.

Oh hell....forgot about the motormounts. Gotta go add that into the total. Shoot.

No studs..I went with bolts. The only extras I did were the injectors, uppipes/manifolds, cutting the pistons and balancing the crank.
