At 58 heavy lifting is no longer in my workout.....I still go to the Gym 5 times a week, but most of my time is on cardio (1 hr). The other 30 min mild workout on machines... I also walk/hike at least 5 miles a day to keep myself in shape for my annual Mt Whitney One day hike 22 miles up to 14,495 ft.....If the 22 miles don't get you, then the lack of air at that elevation makes it a bit more of a challenge. No supplements, but also no fast food....:thumb:
