I know when your taking test your hungry as fu$K.... I know a certain guy that took super sus for 10 weeks with 1 cc a week gained 13 pounds in 3 weeks. Stacking a good injectable with d ball makes you crazy pissed off so i hear. I would say once you stop taking roids and think your natural test is going to catch back up is just crazy. I would never take more than one cc a week for more than 10 weeks straight with a break with at leat 5 weeks between. And if i was going hard core to do plunty of fish oil and milk thistle while on and off to help your body
I havent really seen any mood changes and I ran dbol with test and mast and didn't tell any difference. I only tab dbol for a few weeks it made me feel weird

Well the best LEGAL way as far as supplements go is one superbolin capsule every 12 hours, 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day but no more than 40grams at a time(i use dymatize elite xt) mesomorph 30min before workout, complete amino acids when you wake up and before you go to bed, branched chain amino acids before and after you work out, mens multivitamin once a day and make sure it has zinc. Im sure im forgetting something too. This combo will build lean hard muscle from nothing. I gained 20lbs in a month and a half on this combo when i jumped from light weight to welter weight

Eat food that is good for you. Work out harder. Then you won't need to take anything.

That's a good way to ruin your liver and kidneys.

Always drink at least 1gal of water everyday, more if you work outside, to flush your system out

Sorry bud doesn't work that way. That's like telling someone who drinks everyday to just drink water and their liver will be just fine.

Being in shape does NOT mean you know how substances affect your organs either. Knowing that stuff is intellect/knowledge. Ones physical shape makes zero difference on whether they know how substances react in the body. ;). So you (an in shape person) can know just as well as an out of shape person. Careful how you word things.

Im no body builder but I work I'm a medic so I think I probably have a vague idea of basic organ systems.. You cannot flush proteins or extra amino acids from the liver with water. Your body cannot store it either and is forced to metabolize it. And its not apples to oranges. Your body is forced to metabolize alcohol the same as all those supplements. Drinking water will not flush anything out.

indeed you are correct BUT some try to give fitness advice from what theyve heard or read, i speak from what ive done. Those kind of people will tell you what theorhetically works i can show you how well what i say works.

Water flushes the kidneys, not the liver which is why it is important to cycle off to protect your liver. The liver is the only organ in the body that is capable of regenerating and repairing itself as long as it has a period of detox and time to heal itself before being subjected to more toxins. How toxins effect your liver is also a product of your metabolic rate. This is a topic my sister in law, who is an RN, and i have discussed in great lengths

Think what you like. Just offering advice so people don't harm themselves.
