I guess it depends on how your going about getting to the bolts but if works best for you that's the way to go. I would of figured you would be in the 45 minute range by now :D
I told a friend of mine I could do that if I wasn't interrupted, and he didn't believe me. The next time I pulled one, I started the timer on my phone and came in just under 45. Doesn't happen often anymore because I usually get interrupted by a phone call or someone walking in. Growing pains I guess.

No interruptions or people standing around i'm happy if I can be in the 35-40 minute range. Which is like a snail compared to what Mikes guys can do.

35-40 minutes is very fast. My guy averages around 25 minutes. The best we ever did was on a Saturday morning switching converters trying to get to the race track. I had both my guys on it. 14 minutes to yank it and had it running all within 45 minutes.
We don't normaly do this as someone is going to get hurt or parts will be forgotten. But it was race day and it was balls to the wall.:roflmao:

I'm getting ready to drop my motor back in after the build, should I leave the turbo and downpipe off? Trans is still in the truck, no lift in my 2 car garage, unbolting the trans from the engine was a bastard, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

That is pretty damn quick. I want one. Youve put together a really nice setup Mike, cant wait to see what kind of times it does.

Trial and error my friend. Been through alot of setups to find exactly what I like. Finally getting things dialed in:D

I absolutely love how this converter drives.
