I am still unsure who I want to do the machine work. I may take it up to idaho and have Custom Auto run it to their machine shop. If randy still did outside work, then I would go to him. But you can't get to randy without going through industrial Injection.

Pretty jealous...

:D

I've been going back and forth between just going twins or keeping it a big single. If I stay single, I will convert my s472 into a billet s480 and gate it. If I go twins I will keep the s472 as it is, put a billet GT4718 over it and gate the s472 as well. My main goal was to dominate the single turbo class out here...which i just about did this whole season with a stock motor and 750 hp.

I won't stand a chance at 1000 horse in the twin class out here. If you aren't atleast 1300 horse in the Twin class, you won't stand a chance.

I'm still totally blow away that you made 750whp on a factory build...amazing:thumb:

nice job Mike, I'm gonna expect 1400+ outta ya with twins now, if you do decide to run twins

We are talking on the dyno, not the track. To be competitive on the track you need to run 9's or high 8's.

Indeed. Custom autos motor supplier is pretty good, as they have built plenty of duramax's, but I feel that Randy's would be one of the best shops in the country. And that Randy's would stand behind their motor if something went wrong because of a machine shop error.

A lot of high HP motors built by adrenaline performance, not to be confused with ATP. Might at least give them a call.
