Haven't changed the tune.. Haven't messed with anything cp3 related cause well haven't needed to.. This new to me cp3 wants to do ~13000psi at idle... Vs the old one did 4300 with same tune...
43-44% and 2.2V on FPR, idk the amp load since I don't have a FPR amp PID on my laptop.
And yes electronically there is no engine oil pressure.. Mechanically it does 30#@ 750rpm and 60#@1800

So questions is how do i fix it.. And is there a PID to monitor current through/to the FPR?

Not sure but you might start with checking the frp sensor or wiring. I bet you have an open somewhere or a bad sensor and it's defaulted.

I'd almost guarantee you have a frp sensor issue. If pressure is always constant at 13k it pretty much can't be a regulator or relief valve issue. The pressures would vary by 1000 or so psi at least with changes in load. Even if the regulator was stuck

Put ~500 miles on it yesterday.. Then it limps won't build more than 4500psi..basically idle.. Anything more than 1100rpm it drains to 700-1000psi..
Talked to fleece guys.. They think pump died or is almost dead..
Should've swapped it out when it was on the ground

I've seen this on an 02' it would go down the freeway at 70 but it took forever to get there and would only maintain 4-5K and any throttle it would drop off. new pump a year ago and it was all good ever since. Worst part was the guy had it to two other shops before. one put a new set of injectors in it and that didn't work and the second did a s366 turbo swap and sent it out he door.
